The Influence of Decision-Making Ability and Educational Beliefs on Creative Personalitys of Preschool Teachers

In this research, I tried to investigate the effect of preliminary infant teacher's decision making ability and education belief on creative personality. The subjects of this study were 180 subjects for early childhood education and students from University B in A City. Statistical processing of this study was analyzed using the SPSS WIN 21.0v program. In the research, firstly, as a result of analyzing the relationship between the preliminary infant teacher's decision making ability, educational belief, and creative personality, the decision making ability and the education belief are related, the education belief and creative personality are related, There was no significant relationship between each other, and the physician's determination power and creative personality proved to be related to each other. Secondly, as a result of examining the influence of preliminary infant teacher's decision making ability on creative personality, it did not have a significant influence. Thirdly, as a result of investigating the influence of pre-infant teacher's educational belief on creative personality, it became clear that educational belief has a significant influence on creative personality, and behaviorism among sub-factors has the greatest influence .
